The refurbishment of the Newcastle Court house was an extraordinary project, holding cells a project with lots of history and the transformation of old into new with the integration of the old and the new coming together to create a fantastic teaching precinct and accommodation.

New accommodation building consisted of 4 floors of student accommodation. In this building we provided Mottura drapes and tracking, motorised rolloer blinds and 25mm slim line venetian blinds.

The Court house was furnished with Vertilux Easy Drive roller blinds throughout in a colour that complimented the original colour scheme dating back to 1890.

The education building consisted of 4 levels of state-of-the-art teaching spaces. Each of teaching spaces was fitted out with Vertilux Motorised Venetian blinds. Giving the teaching staff and students the option to pivot the blinds to create the perfect learning environment.
