BMC Commercial has been serving this building for several years and for CBRE Facilities Mangers. Each floor has 40 wide width blinds that are motorised and controlled by the base building BMS. During the curse of the refurbishment BMC Commercial Solutions have been upgrading and servicing the existing blinds.

We have been commissioned to replace several blinds with new and provide local control switching for each individual blinds. We have been consistently working through the vacant floors and managing the process with various fit out companies to ensure all blinds are operation and present like new when the tenants resume occupation of the floors.
